What to Expect
Here are some things to know and expect when renting a car with us. We greatly appreciate your service and hope you have an wonderful time renting.
We work separately from TripCity but use their platform to rent our cars to you. TripCity has your payment information and we will need your information separately as well.
In order to fully process your rental, we will need the following from you:
- Picture of your Driver's License
- Mailing Address
- Emailed and signed copy of our Rental Agreement
- $30 refundable deposit (in case of tollway fees)
Tollway payments are separate from TripCity and will be made with us, the owners of the rental car.
Our vehicle pickup process is contactless. We primarily work with you via text, phone, or online.
Pickup location is: 2301 W Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78727
The car keys will be in a lockbox by the green and blue signs on the left side of the building. Your keys will be in a numbered lockbox. Lockbox number and access code will be given upon arrival or when you are 15 minutes away. Let us know when you are close and you will receive the code.Happy Renting!
